CooLifting is a beauty device that delivers a proprietary mixture of cooled CO2 gas combined with a solution of a hyaluronic acid (the same stuff you find in fillers such as Juvederm or Restalyne!) to the skin to smooth away fine lines and wrinkles yielding immediate results.

This revolutionary new facial immediately rejuvenates and hydrates trouble spots to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

THE APPLICATION

The cold CO2 gas combined with a proprietary hyaluronic acid solution produces:

Immediate cosmetic results.
Increased skin hydration. The CO2 gas flow aids in increased hydration and an overall lifted appearance of the skin.
Stimulation of the underlying tissues. Skin tissue is normally at a temperature of 97ºF. The application of a cool CO2 mist on the skin helps to indirectly create a firmer surface area by delivering the proprietary formula.

APPLICATION ZONES

HOW MANY SESSIONS?

1 - Single Session: Immediate effects are seen in a single session. A more radiant appearance and increased hydration of the skin is seen immediately. Clients are encouraged to return for more sessions to promote more lasting effects of CooLifting.

2 - Multiple Sessions: 3-4 sessions in one month (1 per week) for a more lasting effects, increased radiance, and increased hydration of the skin in treated areas.

3 - Maintenance treatments: One session every month for a lasting youthful appearance and hydration of the treated areas. This is recommended after #2 has been completed.

FAQs

Who can benefit from the treatment?

This rejuvenating and tissue stimulating procedure is recommended for all skin types, and can potentially prevent and/or reduce wrinkles dramatically.

Can I continue with my normal life after a session?

No signification side effects have been reported to date. It is a non-invasive and non-traumatic treatment, so that normal activities can be resumed immediately after the CooLifting session. Sunscreen will be applied immediately after treatment and makeup may be applied prior to leaving Newport Aesthetics if you desire as well.

How long do the effects last?

The duration of the effect is unique to the individual and will require maintenance. The deep rejuvenating effect can be progressive, could be cumulative, and is related to the number of sessions performed. The anticipated outcome is a sensible wrinkle reduction a substantial skin quality improvement.

Are the results permanent?

Results are not permanent, but rejuvenation could be obtained and maintained by multiple sessions.

What is felt during the session?

Most clients describe the procedure as being a pleasant and relaxing one - an external cool sensation with slight pressure applied. There is no pain associated in any way. No prickling, heat or burning at all.

Contraindications / Risks / Common concerns of CooLifting:

This procedure is only administered by a medical esthetician under the supervision of a licensed aesthetic physician at Newport Aesthetics. Rest assured that this is not at the case at every center you encounter that carries this treatment! We are unique and pride ourselves in providing the highest the quality of service.

PRE and POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CooLifting

Discontinue the use of any Isotretinoin products (such as Accutane) for 6 months before treatment - unless you have clearance by a clinician.

Discontinue the use of topical Retin-A or generic tretinoin for at least 48 hours before and after treatment.

Refrain from any type of exfoliating treatments such as glycolic acid or enzymes to the area for 48 hours before and after treatment.

Refrain from any medium and/or deep chemical resurfacing treatments (peels) and laser treatments for 1 month before and after your CooLifting treatment.

Refrain from waxing and use of depilatories for 48 hours before and after treatment.

Discontinue use of over-the-counter acne medications such as benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid for 48 hours before and after treatment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure as well as the use of artificial tanning beds for 72 hours before and after treatment. Always wear sunscreen!

Wait 2 weeks after Botox and fillers to undergo a treatment. Botox and fillers can be given on the same day but AFTER your CooLifting treatment.

For men, shaving is not recommended on the day of treatment. If you choose to shave, please shave at least 3-4 hours prior to your treatment.

Avoid heat (hot showers, sauna, and intense cardio) for 24 hours after treatment.

If you do not need to apply makeup for the remainder of the day (on the day of your treatment), then wait until the next morning to wash your face.

Other tips

Regular makeup is encouraged after CooLifting.

Use SPF of at least 30 at all times.
