SculpSure laser technology permanently removes stubborn fat at the waistline, abdomen, back fat, inner & outer thighs, double chins (and other areas too). We currently operate ONE SculpSure laser device at Newport Aesthetics which has four (4) applicators. The applicators are placed anywhere on the abdomen, sides, thighs, back, legs, knees, hips, “chicken wings”, arms, or chin – all for a completely customizable treatment. Laser fat reduction treatments (at 1060 nm) deliver heat below the surface of the skin to safely and permanently destroy fat cells. SculpSure uses constant cooling technology to keep patients comfortable and safe – never causing burns. Over time, the treated fat cells will naturally leave the body, leaving you with a slimmer appearance. SculpSure treatments are safe for most skin types and can provide long-lasting results.
Did you know that the popular Coolsculpting procedure everyone is hearing about (to destroy fat) is NOT a laser? It is just made up of cold packs – to FREEZE FAT?

Another client tolerating this lower abdomen 4 applicator treatment quite well! Most relax in our office and end up doing 3 or 4 areas per day. We offer a catered lunch break in between treatments 2 and 3 or 3 and 4 (you pick)! The maximum is 4 areas = 16 applicators per day. Your body needs to clear the fat so you really should not overwhelm the lymphatic drainage system. You will feel like you had a bad case of the flu if you overdo it. Come back and we will target the rest.

In June 2017, the outer thighs were cleared by the FDA and we started to treat them freely. We actually were already treating them but did not advertise them freely! This is very well-tolerated as you can see!

When the treatment ENDS and the laser is removed, note that there is no heat or warmth on the skin and NO SWELLING on the skin! The skin is cool to touch. No massage is needed immediately after treatment unlike Coolsculpting were you get a block of fat that has to be massaged heavily – ouch! All clients get up and are ready to go on with their day as if nothing happened!
Each SculpSure laser body contouring procedure lasts 25 minutes per cycle
Maximum 4 applicators per treatment per cycle
Maximum 4 treatment areas (16 applicators) per day
Depending on your goals, more than 2 treatments may be recommended per area
Consultations are always recommended
Patients often experience a slight tingling sensation during the procedure, but it is not usually considered painful. In fact, many people are able to read, check emails, or watch TV during the procedure. The treatment has few side effects which usually include some mild tenderness, swelling, and redness.
There is no downtime, so patients can resume their normal activities immediately. While many people start to see results as early as 4 weeks post-treatment, the best results are usually experienced after 12 weeks and two (2) treatments.
12 weeks is when up to 24% of the fat loss is expected to be seen!
Follow up visits are recommended every 6-12 weeks, depending on the area treated. The number of follow up visit visits vary depending on how much fat reduction is recommended and/or desired and/or prescribed by our clinicians.
