Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so you will have plenty of time to unwind, check out our lounge and give us the 411 on what’s new in your life (aka paperwork). There is nothing fashionable about being late and you will just deprive yourself of the full treatment time.
All appointments must be secured with a verifiable credit card to ensure your reservation time. Newport Aesthetics knows things can suddenly pop up but please give us 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule any treatments. If notice is given less than 24 hours, you will be charged the greater amount of either – 50% of the service reserved or $50 – for an esthetician (spa) treatment or the greater amount of either – 50% of the service reserved $100 for a medical/laser treatment/consultation. If you do not notify us at all (no-show), you will be responsible for the entire charge of the service or lose that credit you have pre-purchased. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Newport Aesthetics is always buzzing so appointments are highly recommended; but when time permits, walk-ins are welcome. Please call ahead and we will do our best to hook you up with any of our premier services – sometimes you may have to prep before coming in, such as stopping certain creams / lotions and potions or especially if you just had another treatment done (Botox, fillers, or dare-we-say, plastic surgery). We are always happy to accommodate you to ensure you get the optimal treatment! Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.
Newport Aesthetics accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and PayPal as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to your provider or added to the bill upon check out at your discretion.
We think products at Newport Aesthetics are the best and we think you will enjoy them just as much. However, if you are unhappy with a product purchase from us, please contact us immediately to return the unused item with a dated receipt within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the item for store credit toward another product or service. Newport Aesthetics does not issue refunds.
Please note, Newport Aesthetics Gift Cards, Series/Package purchases, and medical grade (prescription) products are not refundable, so please choose wisely. Gift Cards, Series/Package purchases can be exchanged for store credit if you change your mind about the exact service purchased, however we do not process refunds.
Gift Cards are like cash – we do not replace them if lost. Gift Cards do not expire.
All Vouchers, Coupons and Gift Certificates have an expiration date – we do not accept expired ones.
Odds and Ends
We would not be the trendsetters that we are if we were not constantly expanding our services. Although Newport Aesthetics makes every effort to keep its website and treatment menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We do not refund previous sales and ring them up as new purchases in the event you discover a new promotion. We constantly offer promotions as our suppliers send promotions our way. We cannot retroactively adjust a sale because that will affect our bottom line. We are a small business after all! We thank you in advance for your understanding.
We love having you as a customer, but Newport Aesthetics does reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
